Join the Mentorship Program

Your next chapter start here!

If you are selected to join, you will take part in a structured journey that combines mentorship, workshops, career exposure, and personal goal-setting in a supportive and inspiring environment.

The program is designed to help you move from simply thinking about your future to actively preparing for it.

Who can apply?

TGTC is open to graduating highschool girls who are interested in learning, growing, and exploring their future more intentionally. You do not need to have everything figured out before you apply to join. Whether you already have a clear career goal or you are still unsure about what path you want to take, the program is designed to support you.

We welcome girls from different schools, backgrounds, and areas of interest who are excited to learn, engage, and take part fully in the experience.

What is the program format?

Over six months, TGTC combines practical learning with meaningful mentorship. Participants are guided through a mix of small-group and one-on-one professional mentoring, skills workshops, seminars, career conversations, and exposure to professionals in different fields.

The format is interactive rather than lecture-based. This means you will not simply sit and listen—you will get to ask questions, reflect, practice new skills, take part in discussions, and work on personal goals throughout the program.

After the six-month program, you will get access to TGTC alumni network, connecting with previous mentees.

What will I actually do in the program?

Mentoring sessions

You will take part in small-group mentoring sessions and, where possible, one-on-one conversations with mentors. These sessions are designed to help you think about your future, ask honest questions, hear real experiences, and receive guidance from women and professionals who have walked different paths.

Workshops and seminars

You will join practical workshops that help you build real-world skills that are often not taught directly in school. These sessions are hands-on and focused on helping you become more prepared and confident.

Talks and panels

You will hear from guest speakers and professionals from different fields who will share their journeys, lessons, and advice. These sessions are meant to broaden your perspective and help you imagine more possibilities for yourself.

Career exposure and shadowing

You may have the chance to engage in career exposure opportunities, such as virtual career conversations, field visits where feasible, or shadowing experiences in person or online. These opportunities are designed to help you see what different careers actually look like in real life.

Goal-setting and progress check-ins

Throughout the program, you will set personal goals and reflect on your growth. You will complete simple action plans and take part in check-ins that help you stay focused, track your progress, and think intentionally about your next steps.
